Please select one of the design options and provide personalization information in the appropriate boxes. If you select Option 3 (with school logo) or want to add athlete autographs to the back, please email images to selahcreativecompany@gmail.com and follow the directions below:
- For school logo, please provide a black and white logo in jpg, png, pdf, or svg format.
- For autographs, please have all students hand write their names and numbers, take a picture of them, and email to the above address.

Please allow up to three weeks for production after receiving all applicable information, prior to shipping. Products are shipped Ground Advantage unless you upgrade to Priority Mail shipping. Upgrading to Priority does not rush your order - it just makes your shipping faster. In most cases, orders will go out sooner than the expected wait time, however in the case that I run out of inventory and need to order more, a longer than usual wait time is stated.
