The Selah Retreat - March 26-30, 2025 - Round Top + Milk and Honey Ranch

Join me Wednesday, March 26 through Sunday March 30th for a crafting retreat you won't forget! Fun projects, fabulous people and big time Texas hospitality await you on this creative getaway. PLEASE NOTE: This retreat is currently by invite only and will only be opened to the public on January 10th if there are still spots that need to be filled. 

THE TEAM: This retreat will be led by me, Dana Jones, and my team. Fellow creatives, Angela Chapman and Sarah Shepherd will help me lead a handful of creative projects AND (new this retreat!!!), we will also be participating in a custom western hat bar at Milk + Honey Ranch on our day trip to Round Top!

ACCOMODATIONS: All Selah Retreats are open to adult women (usually 21+, with exceptions). This retreat includes 4 nights and five days of lodging at Shepherd's Retreat, a private, pond-side airbnb in Leander, Texas. Our host, Sarah Shepherd, and her husband Mike, will treat us to their spacious, comfortable, and relaxing home. Each spot on the retreat includes a twin bed in a semi-private room. If you come with a friend, you can reserve a room for two, either upstairs or downstairs. And if you come solo, you'll share an upstairs room with 3-4 other women. 

MEALS: Most meals will be served on site at Shepherds Retreat and are lovingly prepared by our host, Sarah Shepherd. Meals are mindful, with a good balance of healthy and indulgent, and are often presented buffet style where you can pick and choose what you'd like. However, please be aware that our meals may contain common allergens such as gluten, nuts, or other ingredients that could cause sensitivities. If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies, please reach out to us in advance so we can discuss your needs. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we also recommend bringing along any essential food items to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. On our day trip to Round Top, you will be responsible for your lunch and dinner.

TRAVEL: The retreat house opens on March 26th at 4pm, and dinner starts at 6pm. It closes on March 30th at 10am. Please plan your travel accordingly. If you will be driving to the retreat, there is plenty of parking available on site. And if you're willing to take a few people, we will be carpooling to Round Top and could use your help with that. If you are planning to fly in, the closest airport is Austin Bergstrom, which is about 45 minutes away. From there, you can rent a car or catch an Uber/Lyft to the retreat house. A rideshare will cost between $60-$85 on average, one way and can be shared by others coming to retreat if you are interested. I always suggest to my guests who fly to leave room in a suitcase for your projects, gifts, and treasures you find in Round Top. 

SWAG: Each retreat, I am blessed to gift all of my guests with handmade treasures from creative people across the USA. You will receive things throughout the weekend from individuals and small businesses. Please be sure to say thank you when you can, or even better yet - shop from them in the future. If you have a small business or would simply like to bring a small gift for everyone, you are more than welcome to do so. COST: The cost for this retreat, including the custom western hat bar at Milk + Honey Ranch, is $925. If paid up front in full, you'll get a $50 discount and only pay $875. Otherwise, three payments can be made: $325 at the time of registration, and $300 on February 1st and March 1st.

REGISTRATION: This retreat is initially "invite only" and will not be announced to the public until January 10th (if there are still spots available). Please DM me on Instagram and let me know you'd like to attend and how you'd like to pay (all at once, or in payments). I will send you an invoice - please pay promptly or make arrangements with me for payment, as your spot is not reserved until a deposit has been paid.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations happen - I get it! If you need to cancel, I will do my very best to try to fill your spot. However, please do not register for this retreat if you think you may need to cancel, as filling spots, particularly last minute can be difficult. Cancellations before February 1st forfeit their initial $325 deposit. Cancellations between February 1st and February 28th forfeit $625** and cancellations after March 1st forfeit their entire payment**. **If you have to cancel and your spot is filled, you will receive your money back minus the initial $325 deposit.
