The Selah Retreat - July 18-22, 2025 - Gearhart, Oregon
Join me July 18th through July 22nd for a crafting retreat you won't forget! Fun projects, fabulous people and big time Oregon Coast hospitality await you on this creative getaway.
THE TEAM: This retreat will be led by me, Dana Jones, and our house hosts, Mike and Eva Hague. Mike has spent a good part of his career in pastoral ministry, and his wife Eva is currently an elementary school principal. They are opening up their private home to us and will be taking care of all of our meals and accommodations.
ACCOMODATIONS: Our host, Mike and Eva, will treat us to their spacious, comfortable, and relaxing home in a gated community. Each spot on the retreat includes either a queen, shared bed or a twin bed in a semi-private room. There is a dog on site.
MEALS: Most meals will be served on site at the retreat home and are lovingly prepared by our hosts. Meals are mindful, with a good balance of healthy and indulgent, and are often presented buffet style where you can pick and choose what you'd like. However, please be aware that our meals may contain common allergens such as gluten, nuts, or other ingredients that could cause sensitivities. If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies, please reach out to us in advance so we can discuss your needs. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we also recommend bringing along any essential food items to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
OUTING DAY: Our day of adventure is scheduled for Sunday, July 20th. There are so many things to do on the Oregon Coast, and as the retreat gets closer, I will comprise a list of my favorite things and share them with you.
TRAVEL: The retreat house opens on July 18th at 4pm, and dinner starts at 6pm. It closes on July 22nd at 10am. Please plan your travel accordingly. There is plenty of parking available at the retreat house.
SWAG: Each retreat, I am blessed to gift all of my guests with handmade treasures from creative people across the USA. You will receive things throughout the weekend from individuals and small businesses. Please be sure to say thank you when you can, or even better yet - shop from them in the future. If you have a small business or would simply like to bring a small gift for everyone, you are more than welcome to do so. COST + CANCELLATION: The cost for this retreat is $795 and is being made in three separate group payments. Once payment is made, it is non refundable, and if anyone cancels it will be up to the group to find a replacement.
